Abbey Payne

My career in real estate started when I was in college. I bought my first four- plex and renovated it, along with three other roommates. In the meantime, I decided to take a hiatus and study abroad in Australia and New Zealand. I used the income from my duplex, along with a few other investments, to fund my trip. While I was in Australia, I traded out room and board for helping a designer with her business. Through this experience, I learned a lot about the design business and fell in love with the process.

Upon my return, while finishing out my degree, I worked for a local investor. He financed the projects and I was the general contractor/designer. Together we renovated about ten houses. Since then, I have renovated nearly 40 homes. Furthermore, I have helped other people with the design process during their renovations.

I am very active in the real estate market today, as an investor and designer. Furthermore, love helping others create their dream homes. Regardless of your budget, I can help you fulfill your vision!
